Three Nigerians in Saudi Arabia for the 2016 Hajj exercise have been confirmed dead. According to a statement from Dr Ibrahim Kana, the head of the medical team at the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), two of the pilgrims died in Madinah while one died in Makkah. Kana disclosed that one of the deceased died in his sleep. He said his team is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of the two others.
